We engaged Relocate Melbourne when we decided to return to Australia after more than 20 years absence. We were extremely impressed with Annie who was assisting us. Annie is not only exceptionally pleasant to work with, we found her to on the ball with market availability being well connected to the estate agents in the area we wanted to buy in and thorough in her due diligence on property selection and easy and quick to communicate with during what turned out to be a longer process than we imagined. This was all occurring during the lockdowns which made it very difficult to find suitable property and any arrange any sort of viewings. Due to Annies persistence we were able to secure at auction the right type of property at a reasonable price in todays crazy market. Although we only used the house search component Annie was able to quickly arrange pest and building inspections and was willing to visit council to check on possible future renovations. We learnt just how well connected she is when discussing renovations and finding her network of quality tradesman covers all renovation needs. We jokingly called them the 1 stop shop, which being overseas at time of purchase was what we needed and we feel fairly represents what we saw as the range of services for potential people looking to relocate.
